Maggie Grace (born Margaret Grace Denig on 21 September 1983) is an American actress who is best known for her roles in the roles of Shannon Rutherford on the ABC TV series Lost and Kim Mills in the Taken trilogy. Maggie Grace was born in Worthington from Ohio dropped out of high school in order to move in Los Angeles after her divorced parents divorced. She landed her debut role, as Rachel's Room's lead character in 2001 despite struggling in the financial department. The television film Murder in Greenwich where she portrayed 15-year-old Martha Moxley earned her the nomination of a Young Artist Award. Grace Rutherford was the lead actress in Lost in its two initial seasons. In 2004, she was awarded the Screen Actors Guild Award with the entire ensemble. Grace was keen to pursue film after playing opposite Tom Welling's character in The Fog, in 2005. She starred as Kim Mills opposite Liam Neeson (both in Taken 2008) in Suburban Girl and the Jane Austen Book Club. Taken 2 (2012), Taken 3 2014 and Taken 4 (2014) are her re-casts of these roles. Grace reprised her role as Shannon in Lost and the final episode. She was in 2013 for the sixth season of Californication. She portrays Faith who's a star-gazer and socialite. Hank Moody, played by David Duchovny, falls for her. Maggie Gyllenhaal.........................Margalit Ruth Gyllenhaal ( born November 16 1977) is an American actress and filmmaker. She is part of the Gyllenhaal family and is the older sister of Jake Gyllenhaal. Her career began in the teen years with minor appearances in the films of her father and starred together with her brother in famous cult classic Donnie Darko (2001). She then appeared in Adaptation Confessions of a Dangerous Mind and Mona Lisa Smile (both 2002). Gyllenhaal won critical praise in both of her roles as a lead character actress in Secretary (2002) which is the erotic drama about romance as well as Sherrybaby (2006). In 2006, she was also nominated for the Golden Globe Award. The Dark Knight, which was released in 2008, following many highly successful movies, such as World Trade Center (2006) and World Trade Center (2006), earned Gyllenhaal more fame. She was nominated as the best supporting Actress at the Academy Awards for her portrayal of a single mom in Crazy Heart. In the following years, she played in comedies and dramas which included Nanny McPhee's Big Bang (2010) Hysteria 2011, and Won't Back Down 2012 Apart from her character as an agent of the Secret Service agent, she has also appeared in White House Down (2013) as well as Frank (2014). One of her most recent roles include her character as the primary protagonist The Kindergarten Teacher The Kindergarten Teacher (2018). In 2021, Gyllenhaal made her writing and directing debut in the psychological drama The Lost Daughter for which she won the Venice International Film Festival's Best Screenplay Award and was nominated to win the Academy Award for Best Adapted Screenplay.
