Aisling Bea

Aisling was born on 16 March 1984, at Kildare Ireland. She is one of Ireland's most successful and well-known comedians. The comedian has appeared on QI with Stephen Fry. Aisling CliodhnadhSullivan (born on March 16, 1984), also known as Aisling bea she is an Irish comedian as well as a writer and actress. Bea began her stand-up show in 2011, after appearing in bits in several Irish TV shows as well as British shows since the year 2009. From 2012 on, Bea was appearing on sketch comedy shows or sitcoms. When she was awarded an prize from Edinburgh Comedy Awards in 2011, Edinburgh Comedy Awards in 2011 and then became a regular on various panels, and is now a staple. She was captain of the 8 Out of 10 Cats team from 2016 to 2017 and was an ongoing contestant on its spinoff, 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown. Her parents are Brian O'Sullivan and Helen O'Sullivan. Sinead, her older sister was born. She became only the second female to be a winner of the show So You Think You're Funny in 2012. The surname she uses is Bea in honor of her deceased father. Bea didn't learn how the death of her father occurred until she reached the age of thirteen. She chose the stage name Bea to pay tribute to her father who passed away. She also wrote an article for The Guardian on her family's suicide experience. Bea, along with her older sister Sinead, were raised by Helen Moloney (n e Moloney), a former jockey as well as a teacher at a secondary school. They were both passionate about horses, races and the racing industry. Bea started her journey as a tour-guide for the Irish National Stud. However, she realized early on that the racing industry wasn't for her.
